Refunds, Returns and Shipping
The default shipping cost of every item in the store is free. Free shipping does NOT apply to Alaska or Hawaii. For shipping costs to those states, please email us before purchase for a rate; we will get back to within typically the same business day. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Most orders ship directly from the manufacturer within 24 hours and you will receive a tracking number once available. Shipping is usually FedEx ground or USPS first class.
Since we are still a small company just getting started, we have not developed an automatic shipping calculator yet for expedited shipping rates. Expedited shipping, however, is available upon request. Simply email us prior to purchase with a desired timeframe and we will get back to you with a price typically the same business day. Thanks for your understanding as our company gets on our feet!
1. Returns accepted on most items EXCEPT furniture, personalized items, or unless otherwise noted.
2. Do NOT accept items damaged during shipping from the carrier; they will not be refunded.
3. If you wish to return a defective or otherwise unwanted item, you must contact us via phone or email to arrange return shipping and a refund approval within 15 days of receipt.
4. For unwanted items returned, you will be refunded your purchase cost, minus a 15% restocking fee.
5. For defective items, you will be shipped a new item at our cost upon receipt of your returned item.
6. All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and condition.
7. Please DO NOT return any item without contacting us first!
