Add exciting foliage to your bird sanctuary in a fun way with the Schrodt Vine and Maple Teahouse Bird Feeder. Bird, moon, twig, and leaf shapes all adorn the glass panels on this lasting feeder, for a remarkable addition to your backyard. A red cedar and natural redwood frame surrounds these panels, forming a robust and lovely feeder. The reservoir holds 1.25 quarts of sunflower or safflower seed, and, when full, the seed will help the hand-etched artwork truly stand out for drama in your yard. Songbirds easily reach the seed through the two ports at the base of the item, and a wooden baffle here ensures the feed keeps moving toward these ports. A wooden rod offers birds perching spots, and removes to help thoroughly clean the piece. The extended, flat roof protects seed from rain, and an attached cable enables the item to hang in moments. Lift the lid upward to refill the reservoir, for you and your birds to enjoy it all season. The lasting materials enhance the natural feel, and the red and brown tones throughout highlight your garden. Celebrate trees and birds using this Vine and Maple Teahouse Bird Feeder. Made in the USA.

About Schrodt...

Schrodt Designs© was conceived in 1985 with a vision to create artistic handcrafted, nature-related designs in an enviromentally responsible way. This vision grew out of a lifelong devotion to the arts and a love of nature, coupled with the belief that it is possible to create a sustainable business rooted in the tradition of American handcrafting. We choose, to work to the maximum extent possible with material that are defined as waste by the industries that product them. The wildlife garden designs that we engineer undergo extensive research and field testing with a goal of producing innovative, efficient, trouble-free tools for wildlife lovers who want to surround their lives with art and beauty. We have watched the rising popularity of feeding birds and attracting wildlife grow. One in three Americans now feeds birds or provides water and housing for wild birds and the numbers are increasing. We believed this phenomenon is a reflection of the growing passion to restore and preserve the diversity and abundance of life on our planet Earth. Bird feeding is an activity which springs directly from a desire to give something back to nature. In the process, it becomes a window of understanding and a reverence toward nature that can become a lifelong passion. It is our hope that our wildlife garden designs bring joy and beauty into the lives of all who use and view them.
