Refunds, Returns and Shipping

SHIPPING.

The default shipping cost of every item in the store, priced under $100, is $10 to the lower 48 states. Orders in excess of $100 will ship free. All items marked "Same Day Shipping" will ship the same day ordered if the order is placed prior to 1pm EST Monday-Saturday.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING.

All items that are labeled "Same Day Shipping" we stock here at our facility and ship ourselves. Any "Same Day Shipping" items can be shipped OVERNIGHT EXPRESS for a $30 fee; we ship via UPS Next Day Delivery.  For express shipping orders to ship the same-day, they must be placed before 1pm EST.  Also, please note that UPS does NOT deliver on Sundays, so overnight express orders placed by 2pm Saturday will arrive the following Monday.

Occasionally, "Made Upon Order" items are in stock and can also be shipped express, please contact us for availability.

We will refund your shipping cost for any express shipped item which does not arrive within 2 business days - EXCEPT in the case of inclement weather delays which are beyond the carrier's control.

REFUNDS, RESIZING & RETURNS.

1. Resizing any ring - EXCEPT ELK IVORY RINGS - is always FREE for life. Just contact us for a return label.

2. For elk ivory rings, there is a $75 resizing fee. 

3. For items that are MADE-UPON-PURCHASE, if you cancel during production (before receipt) we will retain a 15% fee from your refund.

4. For UNWANTED items, you must refund them within 30  days of receipt and we will retain a 15% fee from your refund.

5. For defective/broken items, you will be shipped a new item at our cost upon receipt of your returned item.

6. All WHITE GOLD or CUSTOM-MADE products are NON-REFUNDABLE once production has begun. NO EXCEPTIONS.

7. Please DO NOT return any item without contacting us first!
